Ingredients for lanb/chicken
Potato 3 no
tomato: six no.
Rice 1 kg
onion: four no.
lemon:four no.
Salt as you like
Ginger garlic paste
Green Chillies as you like.
Whole balck peppers: Six no
Red chilli powder as you like
coriander powder 2 tbsp
Hot milk one cup
orange colour
oil
How To Make:
First of ll wash meat/chicken peices as you required mad a ginger garlic paste, red or green chilli as required or you like, two lemon and salt as you like, wait for half and hour fry onion in oil until golden redish or brown, add onion,fry well as you like, add potato and tomato, now you dish is ready for serve take a pan and make meat and masala layes, then another layes of rice repeat this step.
Presentation is very important in all cooking just take osme salad and present in a big dish.
